Monday, April 3
• Exhibitor packets mailed to 2022 exhibitors.
Friday, April 28
• Deadline for 2022 exhibitors to reserve space.
Monday, July 3
• Booth space open to new exhibitors.
Friday, Aug. 4
• Full balance for booth spaces due.
Friday, Sept. 22
• Carpet rental order deadline. Contact Tori Mitchell at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds at 417-833-2660. Download the order form here.
Tuesday, Sept. 26
• 5 p.m. — Deadline to reserve exhibitor camping space on the fairgrounds.
Friday, Sept. 29
• Deadline for ordering tables, chairs and other decorator items. Contact Tori Mitchell at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds at 417-833-2660 for more information. Download the order form here. Tables and chairs will be placed in booth(s) and are to be left in booth(s) at the close of the show.
Monday, Oct. 2
• 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Set-up begins for Outside Exhibitors Only With Six or More Booths
Tuesday, Oct. 3
• 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Exhibitor set-up
Wednesday, Oct. 4
• 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Exhibitor set-up
Thursday, Oct. 5
• 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. — Exhibitor set-up
• Note: All exhibits must be in place by 6 p.m.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday, Oct. 6, 7 & 8
• Show hours: Friday & Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Buildings will open Friday at 7 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 8 a.m. to exhibitors only.
Sunday, Oct. 8
• 4 p.m. — Exhibit tear down (must not begin before 4 p.m.)
• 8 p.m. — Buildings close
Monday, Oct. 9
• 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Exhibit tear down
• All inside exhibits must be removed by 5 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 10
• 8 a.m. to noon — Outside exhibit tear down
• All outside exhibits must be removed by 12 noon.
